Every All-In plan comes with a $10 AI-credit bonus to get you started. Beyond that, credits are pay-as-you-go in $1 increments, so you only ever pay for the AI you actually use.

It's designed for small practices — for multi-location groups, larger practices, or enterprise needs, please reach out to us directly. Usage-based services such as 1:1 telehealth stay pay-as-you-go. Eligible accounts created before August 31, 2026 are free forever.

What is the fair usage policy?

Fair usage keeps platform resources available to every practice and prevents abuse. There are no hard caps or throttles on everyday clinical work — it applies to three things:

Storage & platform resources: reasonable storage for documents, images, recordings, and attachments, plus API call volumes and platform resource use consistent with normal clinical operations.
Practitioner seats: unlimited practitioner seats on The Unlimited All-In Planare scoped to private and small practices. For multi-location groups, larger practices, or enterprise needs, reach out and we'll tailor a plan for you.
If usage is unusually high: we contact you first. Corrective action can include charges for additional storage, limiting features, or an account review.
